Michelle Little is a solo artist who has been wowing audiences with her beautiful voice for 20 years. Although extremely versatile in her repertoire - ranging from classic rock to classical - she has been greatly influenced by the great divas of the 50's and 60's era and her Patsy Cline show at Tamworth Country Music Festival continues to amaze audiences.
Classically-trained, Michelle grew up near Dubbo NSW and cut her teeth on country music talent quests.
She’s honed her craft on stages throughout regional Australia and has achieved an ambition many of her peers strive for. She has even travelled to Nashville and performed at the legendary Bluebird Café.
She has been a festival favourite at Tamworth, Mildura and Gympie, and her excellent CD sales are testament of her popularity and faithful renditions of the standards such as “Crazy”.
In recent years Michelle has performed at festivals and venues as farflung as the USA, Germany, Broken Hill, Perth, Horsham, Darwin, Ireland and even Thailand. Some highlights have been performances at the Sydney Opera House, Nashville and New Orleans.
Michelle recently released a live album which pays tribute to her idol Patsy Cline. This is Michelle's second full album release with "Hear Me Now" gaining national and international airplay after its release in 2008.
Now based in Sydney, Michelle continues to perform all over the country as well as being a music educator.
Whether it's with a full band behind her or just Michelle and her guitar, this classically-trained country girl can sing and will draw you in!
